250 Tiger Bend Squats

100 Alternate Toe Touches (50 each side)

Atlas chest fly, Atlas pull apart, Atlas rope pull, Swoboda Curl (3 sets), Abdominal Vacuum. Table Press and Push Back, Atlas Lat Row, Atlas leg sqeeze, Standing Leg Extension, LIederman Leg Pressout
18 minutes
This evening I'll do both pullups and chinups as this - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Then I'll do the Swoboda exercises with Lori.
