Too much deadwood at the top leading the USA forward, cut back on executives with no show and no work jobs. The car companies are a case of deadwood on the line, we have all seen the video's of autoworkers and someone putting one nut on a door on one side of a car stands out as a no work job on a slow autoline.
I've read Washington DC is the tops on no show & no work jobs and Federal Employees miss work without any consequences, let's cut the dead wood there!
Schools do not need innovation they need simple disciplne and all the changes are to mask the failures in the schools. If the US lead the world in the 1950's and 60's with old fashioned school and hard work, let's bring back hard work.
