My favorite part of this whole even is I got just as much applause doing 5 piddly Tiger Stretch Push-Ups as Tim Allen got from doing 9 Superman Wheel Push-ups! :rotf:

Nutrition is easily 50 percent of the fitness equation, especially in the modern Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) fiasco!

Good Calories, Bad Calories... This is the hidden truth!

Grains and beans: BAD calories

Soy and Dairy: BAD calories

Lean meats, seafood, nuts, fruits and vegetables: REALLY GOOD CALORIES!!!

OK- eat as prescribed, above; exercise as also prescibed..

You will be immune to most of the ailments of modern civilization!!
