I am sorry guys, I posted my workout on the gallery and I never thought about posting it here. Nobody ever said I was smart just good looking.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday:
500 pushups (different varieties)
5 minute bridge
20 minutes of horseplay with the boys
100 wheels
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday:
Pushups max
Chinups max
Power Belt workout
Work with the Power Ts
Hill running

We modified our workout today and added Balance of Power. It was a lot of fun and a great workout.

Hey guys,
I am sorry that I haven't been on the past couple of days. We have not had the time to get in our workout the past couple of days really the last 4 days. We are helping another missionary with a large group this week. We will be preparing the meals for the group this week and will try to get some workouts in if at all possible. Ben and Caleb will be gone everyday interpreting for them as well. We will keep you posted if we are able to get our workouts in each day.

Hey guys,
Sorry we have been MIA last week. We had a large group down and was not able to get any workouts in except for some ball and showing off. Our internet was down most of the week as well. We missed it and look forward to getting back in the groove. Yesterday was a normal workout as listed above and I will tell you about a game that we did.

Not much the past couple of days for me but maybe a 100 pushups. The boys have been keeping up with theirs along with some basketball and rugby. Hope to get back in the swing of things this week.

Our regular Monday workout but it was a little bit harder after my sickness. I just didn't have much strength and instead of the way that I normally do it, it took me three sets.

Only 300 pushups and 50 wheels. Didn't get to it until 9 tonight and go to get up at 5 in the morning.

We are having fair workouts lately. We haven't got no time to do much of anything other than get up, work, work out and sleep. We been getting in 300 pushups, wheels and pullups.

Hey guys,
Just checking in. The boys and I did our normal 500 pushups yesterday. Today we just got in and won't have time to do a whole lot but will let you know what we did tomorrow.

Yesterday we had a regular workout and had a great time. We only got in 300 pushups but had about 30 minutes of intense wrestling. Today we got in a regular workout.

Man, it has been crazy here lately. I have only had time for 350-400 pushups the last couple of days and some pullups with leg raises.
