Here are a couple of shots of me. I am working on impoving my diet. It's not terrible, but during the cold months more "comfort" food creeps into my diet. I generally run pretty often, but due to an injury, I had to lay off the running for a bit. These two things should improve my definition, although I am pretty content with my overall health and condition.

You are looking pretty good to me! Good triceps, delts, abs and chest. As the old ads went, there goes a Charles Atlas (Jim Forystek/John Peterson) man!

Singray, you're looking GREAT!
There is something about eating heavier meals in the winter than the summer, I think. It seems more natural to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in the summer while winter food seems to be more starches, nuts and breads. There's probably something cultural about it, after all, 100 years ago you couldn't get fresh vegetables in the winter, you had to wait for them to be in season. All you had was a root cellar full of dry nuts and potatoes.

Hey Stingray,
You are looking great!
If you don't mind me asking, how big are your upper arms?
Keep up the good work.
Take care,
Steve

I measured my left bicep. It was about 15 1/2". I've not focused on my biceps, but have gotten lots of indirect work through the Powerflex chest workout. I do pull ups but only a couple of times a week. I am looking forward to doing more isometrics to see the effect of them on my arms.
